How do I share my shop to Facebook?
Open your dashboard → Storefront and tap Share, or copy your shop link. When you paste it into a Facebook post, a preview card with your shop name and a Book Now prompt appears automatically.
How do deposits stop no-shows?
When a customer books, they're asked to send a GCash deposit to your number. You confirm the booking once you see the payment. No deposit, no confirmed slot — so flakers self-filter.
Can a customer book a slot that's already taken?
No. Negosky only shows slots that are actually free based on your hours, buffer time, and existing bookings.
How do I get paid?
Customer deposits go straight to your own GCash. You pay Negosky a monthly subscription separately, so your earnings stay yours.
Can I pause instead of cancel?
Yes. Pausing keeps your shop data and link so you can come back anytime.
